• IMPORTANT: The chosen time corresponds to the visit to the Real Alcazar. After that you can indicate the time slot in which you wish to visit the Cathedral of Seville. This selection does not guarantee you the tickets in that time slot, it is only a preference that we will try to take into account within the restrictive possibilities offered by the monument. Please note that the visit to the Real Alcázar lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes and that on Sundays the Cathedral is open from 14:30 to 18:30, so in this case the selection of hours is not necessary. The final time of the visit to each site will be indicated upon receipt of the tickets.
• The ascent to the Giralda is not accessible.
• IMPORTANT: The time of issue of the Real Alcazar tickets may vary up to 30 minutes with respect to the time selected in the purchase process.
• It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
• Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before.
• Children must bring a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, you are making a request for availability. It is indicated during the payment process. Within a period of less than 72 hours, you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is made in less than 72 hours from the start of the activity, you will be answered urgently.
